You can visit our websites without providing any personal information.
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; “Google”). Each time our website is accessed, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or our web host and stored in log data (so-called server log files). This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the IP address, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider.
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our overriding legitimate interest in ensuring the trouble-free operation of our website and in improving our services.

Contacting us by e-mail on your own initiative

If you contact us for other reasons, this processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our overriding legitimate interest in handling and responding to your enquiry. In this case you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use your e-mail address solely to handle your enquiry. Your data is subsequently deleted, subject to statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Enquiry form for cloudlog.aero TEAMS
On our page for clubs and flight schools we offer a form through which you can submit an enquiry about cloudlog.aero TEAMS. In doing so we process the data you provide: the name of the club or flight school, the contact person, the e-mail address, optionally a telephone number, the number of members and your message. This information is transmitted to our e-mail address info@cloudlog.aero and stored there in order to handle your enquiry.
This processing is carried out in order to take pre-contractual steps on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data is subsequently deleted, subject to statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
On our website we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, services provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; “Google”).
Google Tag Manager is used to manage the services deployed on our website. Google Analytics is used to analyse your usage behaviour in order to improve our services. In doing so, your truncated IP address, the pages you visit, the time spent on them and information about the browser and device you use are processed, among other things. Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect our enquiry form against automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and Cloudflare Germany GmbH (Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany).
Turnstile checks whether a submission originates from a human or from an automated program. In doing so, your IP address, information about the browser and device you use and your behaviour on the page are processed, among other things. According to the provider, Turnstile does not set cookies for advertising purposes and does not create a user profile.
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our overriding legitimate interest in preventing misuse and automated submissions through our form.

Right to object
